FDP on “1905403-Transmission and Distribution” during 22nd Nov 2021 to 27th Nov 2021

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of SRM Valliammai Engineering College has conducted Six days Faculty Development Programme on the topic “1905403-Transmission and Distribution” during 22nd Nov 2021 to 27th Nov 2021 through Microsoft Teams online platform for the Faculties. The First day sessions were presented by the Resource person Dr.S.Malathi, Asst. Prof. (Sel.G)/ EEE, SRMVECwho conveyed the topics behind Transmission Line Parameters. The Second day sessions were presented by the Resource person Dr.D.Silas Stephen, Professor/ EEE, Pannnimalar Engineering College who conveyed the topics behind Under Ground Cable. The Third day sessions were presented by the Resource person Dr.C.Nayanatara, Asst. Prof./ EEE, Sri Sairam Engineering College, Chennaiwho conveyed the topics behind Mechanical Design of Lines. The Fourth day sessions were presented by the Resource person Dr.T.Santhosh Kumar, Asst. Prof. (Sr.G)/ EEE, SRMVECwho conveyed the topics behind Modelling and Performance of Transmission Lines. The Fifth day sessions were presented by the Resource person Dr.R.Arivalahan, Assoc. Prof./ EEE, SRMVEC who conveyed the topics behind Distribution Systems. On the Sixth day, Group Discussion, Test & Feedback sessions were made. The faculties interacted with the resource persons very much and cleared their doubts. The participants found that the Programme was quite informative & very much useful.
