FDP on “1905601-Solid State Drives” during 22nd Nov 2021 to 27th Nov 2021

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of SRM Valliammai Engineering College has conducted Six days Faculty Development Programme on the topic “1905601-Solid State Drives” during 22nd Nov 2021 to 27th Nov 2021 through Microsoft Teams online platform for the Faculties. The First day sessions were presented by the Resource person Mr.S.Venkatesh, Asst. Prof. (O.G)/ EEE, SRMVECwho conveyed the topics behind Induction Motor Drives. The Second day sessions were presented by the Resource person Dr.T.Porselvi, Professor/ EEE, Sri Sairam Engineering College, Chennaiwho conveyed the topics behind Converter / Chopper Fed Dc Motor Drive. The Third day sessions were presented by the Resource person Mr.V.Sudhagar, Asst. Prof. (Sr.G)/ EEE, SRMVECwho conveyed the topics behind Drive Characteristics. The Fourth day sessions were presented by the Resource person Mr.S.Balaji, Asst. Prof. (O.G)/ EEE, SRMVEC who conveyed the topics behind Synchronous Motor Drives. The Fifth day sessions were presented by the Resource person Mr.M.Kamalakannan, Asst. Prof. (O.G)/ EEE, SRMVEC who conveyed the topics behind Design of Controllers for Drives. On the Sixth day, Group Discussion, Test & Feedback sessions were made. The faculties interacted with the resource persons very much and cleared their doubts. The participants found that the Programme was quite informative & very much useful.
