FDP on “EE8015-Electric Energy Generation,Utilization & Conservation” 22nd Nov 2021 to 27th Nov 2

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of SRM Valliammai Engineering College has conducted Six days Faculty Development Programme on the topic “EE8015-Electric Energy Generation, Utilization and Conservation” during 22nd Nov 2021 to 27th Nov 2021 through Microsoft Teams online platform for the Faculties. The First day sessions were presented by the Resource person Mr.R.Sivaprasad, Asst. Prof. Grade-II/ EEE, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai who conveyed the topics behind Illumination. The Second day sessions were presented by the Resource person Dr.R.Arivalahan, Assoc. Prof./ EEE, SRMVEC who conveyed the topics behind Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. The Third day sessions were presented by the Resource person Mr.S.Padhmanabha Iyappan, Asst. Prof. (Sr.G)/ EEE, SRMVEC who conveyed the topics behind Domestic Utilization of Electrical Energy. The Fourth day sessions were presented by the Resource person Dr.V.Sankardoss, Asst. Prof. (Sr.Grade 1), School of Electrical Engineering, VIT, Vellore who conveyed the topics behind Heating and Welding. The Fifth day sessions were presented by the Resource person Dr.K.Ayyar, Asso. Prof./ EIE, SRMVEC who conveyed the topics behind Traction. On the Sixth day, Group Discussion, Test & Feedback sessions were made. The faculties interacted with the resource persons very much and cleared their doubts. The participants found that the Programme was quite informative & very much useful.
