Guest Lecture on “Recent Advancements in Biosensors” on 01-04-2021

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of SRM Valliammai Engineering College has conducted Guest Lecture on the topic of “Recent Advancements in Biosensors” on 1 st April 2021 through the MS Team (Online Mode) for students’ community. The session was presented by the resource person Dr.V.Fidal Kumar, Project officer, IITM, Chennai through MS Teams online platform. He conveyed the basic introduction of Biosensors and its importance inMedical world. He discussed about the micro & nano area, tiny devices offer giant opportunities for technology, consumer products, energy saving systems, environmental, Health care, bio medical and more. He shared his working experience of making up very small nano sensors. At the endof the session the students interacted with the resource person and cleared their doubts. The participants felt Guest Lecture was very informative and had exposure in Biosensors.
