International Guest Lecture on 21-09-2020

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of SRM Valliammai Engineering College has conducted International Guest Lecture on the topic of “Machine Learning in Circuit Design” on 21st September 2020 through the MS Team (Online Mode) for EEE students. The session was presented by the resource person Mr.V.Abilash, M.S., (Alumni), Quality Engineer, Signal Integrity, Mathworks, USA who conveyed the basic introduction of Machine learning in circuit design. He discussed about the machine learning tools and techniques in detail. He briefed about the different processors used and Neuralink’s Brain Chip prediction. He shared his working experience of Machine Learning at Mathworks and his research experiences. He also discussed about the opportunities for Electrical engineers in various sectors and requirements of essential skill sets for budding Electrical Engineers. Also, he shared his experience as a student in our college. At the end of the session the students interacted with the resource person and cleared their doubts. The participants felt International Guest Lecture was very informative and also had exposure in Machine Learning and its importance.
