Staff Development Programme on the topic of “Electrical Safety in the Workplace” on 08-12-2022

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of SRM Valliammai Engineering College has conducted Staff Development Programme on the topic of “Electrical Safety in the Workplace” on 08th December 2022 in the EEE Department seminar hall. The chief guest A.Elangovan, Quality Engineer, Kasa Anlagen India (P) LTD., Thirumudivakkam, Chennai, gave a brief introduction about the importance of Electrical Safety in the Workplace. He gave lecture about the preventive measures like switch off and unplug appliances before cleaning or adjusting them and check for signs warning of dangers from electricity, or any other hazard.

The non teaching faculties have enriched the knowledge in this area and the session was very interactive and informative. The session was concluded with Vote of thanks.
