Workshop on “Grid Connected Solar PV Systems” held on 29-09-2021

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of SRM Valliammai Engineering College has conducted Workshop on the topic “Grid Connected Solar PV Systems” on 29th September 2021 through the MS Team (Online Mode) for students’ community. The session was presented by the resource person Ms.Abinaya Mohan, Application Development Associate, Accenture, Chennai. The session started with introduction and importance of Renewable Energy. She discussed about types of PV systems and explained in detail about the Grid Connected PV system. The different types of Grid connected PV system were explained in detail and also explained the Matlab Simulink model also. At the end of the session the students interacted with the resource person. The participant’s felt the workshop was very informative and also had exposure in Solar Energy systems.
