Workshop on the topic “Microgrid Tie Inverter” on 12th April 2022

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of SRM Valliammai Engineering College has conducted Workshopon the topic “Microgrid Tie Inverter” on 12th April 2022 through MS Team (Online Mode) for the faculties and students of EEE Department. The session was presented by the resource person Mr.N.Sujith, Technical Assistant-Electrical, TNEB, Coimbatore North, who conveyed the introduction of Micogrid Tie Inverter and its connection with the EHVAC Transmission. He also discussed about the types and characteristics of inverters and shared his view on few research papers. At the end of the session the students interacted with the resource person and cleared their doubts. The participants found that the Workshop was very informative andhad exposure in opportunities for Electrical Engineers.
